Our factory operates under globally recognised standards, certified to the WRAP, Oeko-Tex, ISO 9001 and SMETA quality standards, ensuring ethical production and top-tier quality. Since we own our facility, we have full control over maintaining these high standards across all processes.
Our capability includes yarn dyeing, knitting, finishing, washing, cutting, printing, stitching, quality control, processing and embroidery.
We have a full metal free zone in all production areas and a policy that ensures that none of our garments leave the factory with metal residue.

The Better Cotton Initiative is a global sustainability system that ensures cotton is ethically produced in a sustainable way. Starting at the farms, Cotton is one of the crops that uses pesticides and chemicals. The BCI has helped provide sustainable farming techniques and control strategies that limit the use of these pesticides, use water efficiently, and care for the health of the soil with the aim to preserve the natural habitat.
When this cotton meets our production floor we know where it has come from. The manufacturing techniques we use are less harmful to the environment and we even monitor the cleanliness of the water at our dye house.
You can be confident that the garment you have purchased has not only been produced to the highest possible manufacturing standards but also produced in a way that has not been harmful to the environment. Our SMETA/SEDEX accreditation ensures our garment making is fully compliant to international standards. This investment has been made because we care.

We are committed to continuously improving our operations and aim to recycle as much as we can to help the environment.
We have therefore started Beezer RE:GEN, a project designed to eliminate waste within our production and recycle where possible.
Recycled Cotton Mix
Given this principle we have incorporated regenerated cotton into our Essential range which now incorporates a 40% cotton recycled mix.
Regenerated Polyester
Regenerated polyster can be incorporated in our sportswear range. This not only diverts plastic from landfills but is sustainable and better for the environment.
Our garments are made in our Carbon Neutral Factory.
PFAS
Following concerns about PFA’s/chemicals in school uniforms our garments have been independently tested and can confirm that there are no PFA’s/chemicals used in our Uniforms.
GCL International independently tested our products and found no issues.
We have also contacted our yarn suppliers who confirm there are no PFAs in the yarn they supply.
